About the Founder
Paul Grainger
Born in Belgium and raised in the UK, Paul has spent the past 30 years living and working in Southeast Asia. He founded Unlock Dynamic in 2020 to address the limitations of short-term development programs, offering leaders and teams solutions that drive lasting, sustainable change.
With over 20 years of experience working in local, regional, and global teams—from startups to large multinational organizations—Paul has gained a deep understanding of the complex challenges of team dynamics across diverse cultures and geographies. Over three decades, his work has impacted more than 50,000 individuals across diverse sectors, including education, technology, and multinational corporations.
Among his notable experiences, Paul has collaborated with individuals from diverse backgrounds, such as prominent figures and the family of the current Prime Minister of Thailand.
